About the Role:
Join Enhance Health Care Services Behavioral Health, LLC as a PSR Staff - Mental Health Professional in Gonzales, LA. Responsibilities:
- Provide Psychosocial Rehabilitation services to adult and adolescent clients to promote recovery and well-being.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Facilitate psychoeducation sessions and therapeutic activities to enhance coping skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage with families and caregivers to provide support and resources.
- Monitor client behavior and report any changes to the clinical team.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients.
- Attend weekly and montly supervision sessions with Clinical Director.
Requirements:
- Master's degree/Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (CSW, LMSW) or related field (PLPC, LMFT).
- Current and valid state licensure in Louisiana.
- Experience working in mental health settings or with diverse populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
- Proficient in documentation and electronic health record systems.
