Responsibilities:- Support new product launch requests and provide analysis on provisioning impact
- Write and execute test plans and analyze results for new product launch requests
- Report bugs and work with development team on resolution
- Triage issues and analyze to determine next steps
- Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders
Required Skills:- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent communication and time management
- Ability to think and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed oriented and thorough
- Be a self-starter that thrives on asking thoughtful questions and connecting the dots
- Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat)
