Description

The Provisioning Analyst serves as an experienced Integrated Product Support (IPS) professional responsible for developing, analyzing, validating, and maintaining provisioning data required to support the fielding and sustainment of complex defense system for Persistent Surveillance Program.

 

This position ensures accurate identification, documentation, and management of repair parts, support items, and logistics data required to establish supply support and maintain operational readiness throughout the system lifecycle.

 

The Provisioning Analyst collaborates with Engineering, Configuration Management, Supply Chain, Product Support, Technical Publications, Maintenance Analysis, Field Support, and Program Management teams to deliver integrated sustainment solutions.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

- Develop, analyze, validate, and maintain provisioning data and supply support products in accordance with contract requirements and applicable logistics standards.

 

- Develop and maintain provisioning documentation, including:

• Provisioning Parts Lists (PPL)

• Repair Parts and Special Tools Lists (RPSTL)

• Recommended Spare Parts Lists (RSPL)

• Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPB)

• Logistics Product Data (LPD)

• Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD)

 

- Review engineering drawings, Bills of Material (BOM), Technical Data Packages (TDP), configuration documentation, and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) to identify logistics impacts.

 

- Conduct provisioning analysis to determine:

• Repair parts requirements

• Initial spares recommendations

• Support equipment requirements

• Supply support strategies

• Lifecycle sustainment impacts

 

- Develop and maintain logistics data supporting:

• System fielding

• Sustainment planning

• Maintenance operations

• Supply support

• Depot and field-level sustainment requirements

 

- Coordinate with Product Support, Maintenance Analysis, Asset Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Technical Publications to ensure provisioning data supports operational requirements.

 

- Support Logistics Requirements Reviews (LRRs), Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), provision reviews, program reviews, and customer engagements.

 

- Support development, review, and delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) products associated with provisioning and supply support.

 

- Identify provisioning data gaps, configuration issues, and sustainment risks while recommending corrective actions.

 

- Assist with development of provisioning processes, procedures, templates, and best practices across the Logistics & Sustainment enterprise.

 

Basic Qualifications

 

- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience or 2+ years with MS degree

- Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

 

- Experience supporting logistics, provisioning, supply support, maintenance, or lifecycle sustainment activities.

 

- Experience reviewing technical documentation, engineering data, drawings, parts lists, or configuration information.

 

- Understanding of DoD logistics processes and Integrated Product Support concepts.

 

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage logistics data and identify sustainment impacts.

 

- Ability to communicate and collaborate across engineering, programs, customers, and functional teams.

 

- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

- Experience supporting DoD weapon systems, air defense systems, radar systems, C5ISR, or ground systems.

 

- Knowledge of Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements.

 

- Experience with:

• GEIA-STD-0007 Logistics Product Data

• MIL-STD-1388 legacy logistics data

• Product Support Analysis processes

• Provisioning Technical Documentation

• Logistics databases and tools

 

- Experience developing:

• Initial provisioning products

• Spare parts recommendations

• Repair parts documentation

• Supportability analysis products

 

- Familiarity with configuration management processes, Engineering Change Proposals, technical manual development, and depot/field sustainment operations.

 

- Prior military logistics, supply, maintenance, or acquisition experience preferred.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00
