The Provider Touch Specialist will be responsible for managing provider relations and service interactions within their assigned team. Acting as a key liaison, this individual will support external providers with audit inquiries, claims reimbursement progress, and training on portal navigation and service enhancements. The role also involves guiding providers on claim audit record submissions, timelines, and process adherence.

The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying operational gaps, resolving complex claims issues, and effectively communicating solutions. This role is critical in fostering and maintaining strong relationships between EXL and our valued providers while ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)

Up to 10% annual travel (for team meetings and limited client onsite engagements.)

Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate''s skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications.   • 4+ years of experience in healthcare or managed care settings.
  • 3+ years of direct provider-facing experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of claims processing and auditing.
  • Strong background in claims processing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare operations and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in PC skills and data software applications.
