As a Provider Relations Representative, you’ll be the face of EMI Health to clinics and provider offices across Utah. You’ll build relationships, solve issues, and make sure providers have what they need to deliver great care. If you love being out in the field (not stuck behind a desk), this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own provider relationships — Serve as the main contact for a group of provider offices across Utah
• Get out in the field — Make regular in-person visits to build trust and provide hands-on support
• Onboard new providers — Ensure providers are set up, informed, and confident working with EMI Health
• Solve problems quickly — Answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and partner with internal teams when needed
• Support network growth — Assist with outreach that expands EMI Health’s provider relationships statewide
• Stay organized — Document interactions, follow-ups, and next steps accurately
• Improve the experience — Contribute to projects that make things easier for providers and members

You’re a Great Fit If You…

• Have experience in a provider office, healthcare, customer service, or another relationship-focused role
• Communicate clearly and confidently—in person, by phone, and over email
• Enjoy being on the move and can travel throughout Utah regularly
• Manage your schedule well and follow through without constant direction
• Are organized, dependable, and service-minded
• Have solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Stay patient and solution-focused when challenges come up
