JOB SUMMARY
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the activities of several departments that are involved in the recruiting, onboarding and off-boarding of Memorial Physicians and Advance Practice Providers. This requires close working relationships and coordination of activities with MMA, HR, IT, Employee Health, Medical Staff Office, Marketing and Business Development, Facilities, Administration and other departments as necessary.
This position must possess considerable skill in coordinating a complex process that spans several departments. Requires the ability to socially interact with and engage a diverse group of providers and their spouse, partner and/or children and be able to articulate the benefits of living in the Memorial Healthcare service area. This position follows provider candidates through the hiring and onboarding process to ensure all steps are completed in timely, efficient and customer focused manner. Requires flexibility in work schedule to accommodate needs of potential candidates.
