The Provider Partnership Liaison is the primary relationship manager for our provider partners and the face of our plan in the local market. This role is dedicated to building strategic alignment and driving provider success through proactive, data-driven engagement. The Provider Partnership Liaison builds trust and influences provider behavior by delivering performance insights, providing education on value-based care initiatives, and serving as a strategic advisor. This position is critical to developing a stable, high-performing network that delivers exceptional, cost-effective care to our members. Success in this role is built on deep, trust-based relationships with our provider partners. Therefore, a core requirement of this position is residence within one of our key markets (IL, KY, AR, or MO) to ensure a consistent and impactful in-market presence.

These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
The hiring range for this position is:
$63,600.00-$84,300.00
