The Provider Documentation Coordinator is responsible for supporting healthcare providersthrough documentation and evaluation processes required for medical necessity determinations and insurance reimbursement. This role serves as a critical liaison between providers, internal teams, and documentation systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of records.
This is a non-clinical, documentation-focused role ideal for professionals with experience in medical documentation, healthcare reimbursement, insurance authorization, or provider support. Candidates do not need prior experience working directly with Providers, but must be comfortable partnering with licensed providers and navigating payer requirements.
