As a Protg Agent, you'll receive hands-on training in sales, marketing, networking, leadership, and agency operations while earning a competitive income. You'll work alongside a top-performing agency, build your book of business, and gain the skills needed to successfully launch and operate your own Farmers Insurance agency.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, marketing efforts, community involvement, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct coverage reviews, prepare quotes, present insurance options, and close Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance policies.
  • Establish relationships with clients, Realtors, Mortgage Lenders, Business Owners, and referral partners to create long-term growth opportunities.
  • Consistently meet agency expectations for quotes, appointments, sales production, and prospecting activities.
  • Participate in hands-on training focused on sales, marketing, customer service, agency management, and business development.
  • Develop the skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities necessary to successfully transition into owning and operating a Farmers Insurance agency.

Requirements
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Be capable of handling customer rejection.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
