Our agency client is looking for a proposal writer to assist their team! This is a fully remote freelance position starting late April through the end of 2026 (roughly 20hrs/week but may vary slightly each week).
In this role, the marketing proposal manager will be responsible for:
-Developing marketing proposals and RFPs for clients in the government, energy, transportation, public works sector
-Collaborating with proposal managers and designers to ensure formatting is correct and deadlines are met
-Copyediting and updating other marketing collateral as needed, including content, resumes, etc
The ideal candidate will have:
-Experience developing proposals/RFPs for city or state government clients, or AEC private sector
-Experience managing multiple proposal deadlines and working collaboratively with multiple contributors
-Excellent writing and copyediting skills
-Experience working in an agency/consulting firm environment
-InDesign experience is a plus but not required
