Seeking organized, project management minded individual to serve as a Proposal Specialist within our ITSC Corporate Growth Organization. Provide the support required to develop compelling proposal content for RFI, Market Research, RFQ, RFP , IDIQ, Task Order bids. Partner with capture approach, technical experts, strategic partners and ITSC leadership to create, manage, and coordinate proposal content. Integrate solutioning, technical response, and presentation architecture efforts in the development of compliant and compelling proposal responses. Facilitate iterative sessions with technical SMEs and market or account leaders to develop the story and solution.

- Past Performance Library Management
- Support presentation preparation and briefings
- Support task management tracking
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience with developing proposal content or technical writing/technical editing
- 3+ years of experience supporting Federal and/or Defense Agency bids and proposals.
- Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Experience with MS Office Products
- Experience with Adobe Products
- Ability to extract pressing project challenges, build consistent storylines, and develop compliant and compelling solutions.
- Ability to translate highly detailed requirements into integrated storylines and scenario responses.
Degree: BA or BS degree preferred but not required
