Their strong reputation and long standing government relationships have created a stable backlog of work and consistent project opportunities.Job DescriptionIdentify and track federal, state, and municipal contracting opportunities. Review and analyze RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, and Sources Sought notices. Evaluate opportunities and recommend pursuits aligned with company goals. Develop estimates, pricing strategies, and bid packages. Create proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and submission plans. Lead proposal kickoff meetings and coordinate internal resources. Collaborate with operations, estimating, technical staff, and leadership teams. Write, edit, and compile proposal content. Ensure compliance with solicitation requirements, including FAR and agency-specific guidelines. Manage final proposal production and electronic submissions. Government, federal, public sector, military, or municipal construction experience preferred. Commercial construction estimating experience will also be considered. Experience reviewing and responding to complex bid documents. Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
