Proposal Coordinator – Leading Solutions HQ Office (Kissimmee, FL)

Responsible for coordinating and executing the development of compliant, compelling, and well-organized government proposals. You will serve as a critical liaison among capture managers, SMEs, and proposal writers to ensure all aspects of government solicitation requirements are addressed and delivered on time.

Specific tasks include:

• Coordinating day-to-day administration of client accounts and contracts
• Review government solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, Task Orders, Amendments) to extract requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Analyze and interpret Sections L, M, C, and B to guide proposal development and compliance.
• Develop and maintain compliance matrices and ensure all proposal content aligns with solicitation instructions.
• Shred solicitations into actionable components and support tasking to team members.
• Track solicitation amendments and update documentation accordingly.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or ambiguities in RFPs; support Q&A process.
• Assist with the creation of kickoff materials, annotated outlines, and review team documentation.
• Support proposal lifecycle including Pink, Red, and Gold Team reviews.
• Maintain strict version control and documentation integrity across all proposal files.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating proposals for government contracts (DoD, DHS, VA, or civilian agencies preferred).
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and the federal acquisition process.
• Familiarity with RFP structures and proposal compliance best practices.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).

Other Qualifications • Frequent use of hands and arms; prolonged sitting may be required. • Specific vision abilities: close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment. • Ability to interpret instructions involving multiple abstract and concrete variables.
