Position Description
Oceus is hiring a Proposal and Capture Director. This position requires a seasoned senior leader to oversee proposal management and capture management activities. As this is initially a single, high-impact role, the successful candidate must be a hands-on doer with the depth of experience to manage all aspects of proposal development while also contributing to capture efforts. Qualified candidates will have expertise owning the proposal development process for solutions-driven business pursuits. Prior experience with end-to-end network solutions such as 5G infrastructure, cloud RAN, enterprise connectivity, and related technologies is highly desired.
