Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Excellence: Perform routine tasks in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
- Resident Satisfaction: Address service requests professionally and promptly.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure safe and compliant maintenance work.
- Property Inspections: Proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with property management, contractors, and vendors.
- On-call Emergencies: Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues for resident safety and comfort.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in property maintenance or related field.
- Technical Skills: Problem solving, ability to work independently, plumbing, electrical.
- Safety and Compliance: Knowledge of safety standards, and Fair Housing
