We are seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager to oversee a newly renovated studio apartment community in Tallahassee. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a modern, high-demand property and play a key role in stabilizing occupancy and driving performance.
The property is currently in its final stages of renovation, with all units expected to be fully operational by June 2026. This role will be instrumental in leading the lease-up and ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the property
Drive leasing activity and maintain strong occupancy levels
Manage and follow up on leads, tours, and applications
Ensure excellent resident experience and retention
Supervise on-site staff and coordinate with maintenance team
Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and reporting
Maintain property standards, curb appeal, and unit readiness
Coordinate with ownership on performance goals, budgets, and reporting
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Manager
Strong leasing and sales mindset (critical for lease-up success)
Experience with property management systems (Entrata preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
