**Job Title** Property Manager, Multifamily Rockwood Lodge (https://www.liveatrockwoodlodge.com/) **Job Description Summary** Multifamily Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring high-level of service. Multifamily Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. 240 Multifamily Units, located near downtown Coeur d'Alene. **Job Description** **ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:** + Ensuring the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment. Overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc. + Providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. Complete lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completion to company standards. + Track and evaluate advertising, and all client traffic. + Developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, in order to maximize their engagement and minimize turnover. + Driving revenues with your thorough understanding and analysis of competition and development + of creative marketing programs. + Leading by example. Instilling, maintaining, and modeling Cushman & Wakefield's mission to be the best national management company. + Supervise day-to-day operations of the entire on-site team, ensuring that all policies and procedures are being followed. + Maintain effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching team as necessary. + Maintain residents' files in accordance with company's standards. + Maintain a positive living environment for community residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up. + Manage and maintain all aspects of overall community budget and finances. + Work with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals are being met. **COMPETENCIES:** + Effective communication and customer service skills + Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skills + General office, bookkeeping and sales skills and excellent oral and written communication skills + Determine leasing opportunities of staff and work on goal setting, improving the performance of each staff member. + Supervise day-to-day operations of team, ensuring that all C&W policies and procedures are followed. + Work with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals are being met. + Be able to manage a team + Perform any other related duties as required or assigned **IMPORTANT EDUCATION** + Bachelor's Degree preferred + Real Estate License preferred **IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE** + 3+ years of on-site Multifamily Property Management experience required, including roles/duties of Leasing Consultant, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager required. + 1+ years of on-site Multifamily Property Manager experience required, including property budget creation, property financials management and reporting: variance, invoicing, reclasses, accruals. + Yardi systems experience required; strong preference for Ops Tech systems experience. **WORK ENVIRONMENT** This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
