We are seeking a polished, service-driven Property Manager to oversee a newly built luxury mid-rise community in the Golden Valley area of Minneapolis.
This role is ideal for a leader who combines operational excellence with a hospitality mindset, delivering an elevated resident experience while driving financial performance, team development, and community success.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire on-site teams including Leasing Professionals and Maintenance staff
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and resident-first service
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members
Resident Experience
- Set the standard for exceptional resident engagement and customer service
- Handle escalated resident concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Drive resident retention through proactive communication and relationship-building
Financial Performance
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Monitor occupancy, collections, and expense control
- Identify opportunities to improve NOI and operational efficiency
Market Strategy
- Analyze market trends and competitor positioning
- Partner with leadership to implement pricing and leasing strategies
- Maintain strong knowledge of the local luxury housing market
Qualifications
What Sets You Apart
- 8–10+ years of property management experience, preferably with Class A or luxury communities
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation abilities
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and elevate team performance
- Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting and reporting
- Hospitality-driven mindset with a passion for delivering best-in-class resident experiences
