DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position oversees daily management of low-income housing properties and ensures they meet all Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and agency standards. As a Property Manager, you will perform the following duties:

WORK BEHAVIOR 1 - HEARINGS AND ISSUING WARNINGS
Conduct or attend tenant hearings to resolve complaints (childrens behavior, radio too loud, etc.) and listen to the information supplied by all parties and witnesses involved in the complaint. Issue a verbal or written warning to the parties at fault, document proceedings, and enter in tenants file. Initiate eviction proceedings after verbal and written warnings have failed to resolve the problem (non-payment of rent, disturbing other tenants, etc.), which involves completing eviction forms at the district magistrates office, and testifying at a formal hearing before the district magistrate.
