We are seeking a Full Time Property Manager for two buildings in Edgewood and Penn Hills area.
This individual should be familiar with housing management, budgeting, housing agency regulations, related terminology and have a commitment to community building. Successful candidates will be highly organized, able to manage their workload with minimal supervision, and comfortable troubleshooting day-to-day issues independently. Strong time management, attention to detail, and technology skills are essential. Experience using Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
Three years of related work experience.
CPM (Certified Property Manager), CPHM (Certified Public Housing Manager), LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) certifications preferable.
General Duties:
Conducts leasing process including processing applications, general correspondence, interviewing eligible applicants and preparing lease packages.
Manages financial operations of the site following company and government agency rules and regulations
Performs rent collection, makes bank deposits, processes cash receipts, security deposits and vendor invoices.
Monitors turnovers and major replacements.
Processes move-ins/outs, security deposits, transfers, rent changes and Guest Card input into Yardi.
Handles evictions.
Oversees building and grounds maintenance
Fosters a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents.
