What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the daily operations of an affordable housing community
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and applicants
  • Oversee leasing activities, applications, and move-ins/outs
  • Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and guidelines
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
  • Maintain accurate tenant records and property documentation
  • Foster a welcoming, respectful, and community-oriented environment

What We're Looking For: 

  • Previous property management or housing experience
  • Familiarity with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, etc.)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
