Position Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of approximately 350 residential units located in New York City, along with additional properties within the broader metropolitan area.
This role is responsible for property performance, regulatory compliance, maintenance coordination, financial oversight, and resident relations. The Property Manager will serve as a key liaison between ownership, residents, vendors, and internal leadership, ensuring properties operate efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
The position offers flexibility to work from either the Rockland County, NY or East Orange, NJ office locations, with regular on-site visits to New York City properties.

Reports To: Ownership / Executive Leadership
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $55,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience)
