Client Overview:
Our client is a growing affordable housing organization committed to providing quality housing throughout South Florida. They are seeking an experienced Property Manager (Affordable Housing) to oversee the daily operations of a blended-income community.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$55k - $62k Annually

Position Overview:
The Property Manager (Affordable Housing) will oversee daily operations while ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience with both LIHTC and RAD communities and thrive in a resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities of the Property Manager (Affordable Housing):
  • Oversee daily property operations and resident relations.
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC, RAD, and affordable housing regulations.
  • Coordinate certifications, recertifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with leasing, occupancy, rent collections, and resident communications.
  • Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and vendor relationships.
  • Support budgeting, reporting, and operational performance.
Required Experience/Skills for the Property Manager (Affordable Housing):
  • 3+ years of property management experience.
  • LIHTC and RAD experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with property management software.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Property Manager (Affordable Housing):
  • PBV experience is preferred.
  • Yardi experience.
  • LCAM certification is a plus.
  • Bilingual is preferred.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
