A growing and established multifamily housing organization is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a residential community in the East Metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional who enjoys resident engagement, operational leadership, and maintaining high-performing communities.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong property management background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Oversee daily operations of a residential apartment community
• 
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents
• 
  
• Manage resident relations, lease compliance, and issue resolution
• 
  
• Coordinate maintenance requests and property improvements
• 
  
• Support occupancy goals through leasing and retention initiatives
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations
• 
  
• Maintain accurate resident files and property records
• 
  
• Work closely with regional leadership and onsite staff to achieve operational goals
• 
  
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, and property performance metrics
• 
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  
• Previous Property Manager experience within multifamily housing
• 
  
• Strong resident relations and customer service skills
• 
  
• Experience overseeing leasing, occupancy, and property operations
• 
  
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
• 
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  
• Affordable housing experience
• 
  
• Knowledge of HUD, Section 8, or LIHTC programs
• 
  
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
• 
  
• Prior leadership or team supervision experience
•
