Property Management Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Pay: $14–$16 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Property Management Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for tenants, applicants, and vendors, and plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient property management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, tenants, and prospective renters
- Process rental applications, including running credit and background checks
- Maintain accurate applicant and tenant records
- Receive and document maintenance and repair requests
- Coordinate repairs by scheduling vendors and following up on completion
- Communicate updates to tenants regarding maintenance and application status
- Provide general administrative support to the property management team
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, and office software)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Prior administrative or property management experience preferred, but not required
