Property Management Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Pay: $14–$16 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Property Management Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for tenants, applicants, and vendors, and plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient property management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, tenants, and prospective renters
  • Process rental applications, including running credit and background checks
  • Maintain accurate applicant and tenant records
  • Receive and document maintenance and repair requests
  • Coordinate repairs by scheduling vendors and following up on completion
  • Communicate updates to tenants regarding maintenance and application status
  • Provide general administrative support to the property management team
Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, and office software)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Prior administrative or property management experience preferred, but not required
