Summary

We are a growing real estate team looking for a driven, organized, and personable assistant to support our lead agent and property management operations. This is a dual-role position — part real estate team support, part property management outreach — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves talking to people, and wants to grow their career in real estate. This role will include a base salary + commission override on team deals.

Responsibilities

Real Estate Team Responsibilities

  • Keep the agent organized — manage calendar, task lists, and daily priorities
  • Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner on behalf of the agent
  • Manage tasks and follow-ups in our lead management CRM software, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks
  • Make outbound calls to leads, nurture relationships, and generate new business — deals you close personally earn a higher commission split
  • Assist with real estate paperwork, contracts, and transaction coordination
  • Be available evenings and weekends as needed to assist clients and support active transactions

Property Management Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day property management operations alongside the agent
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for property owners — communicate professionally, answer questions, and provide details on our management services
  • Conduct initial outreach and presentations to prospective property owners about what we offer
  • Schedule and coordinate follow-up appointments for owners to meet directly with our agent

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator — comfortable on the phone, in person, and in writing
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities without constant direction
  • Experience with CRM or lead management software a plus
  • Real estate license or willingness to obtain one preferred
  • Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends
  • Minimum of 30 hours per week in office, with additional availability on nights and weekends to support clients and transactions as needed.
