We are seeking a Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician to join a team of two technicians responsible for maintaining a 100 unit affordable housing community.A dedicated custodian is also on site, allowing maintenance staff to focus on repairs, preventive maintenance, unit turnovers, and resident service requests.
- Routine maintenance functions; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting
- Completing work orders
- Refurbishing turnovers
- Assist custodian with cleaning common spaces when neccesary
- Grounds maintenance, snow removal
- 24/7 Emergency On-Call rotation required
- Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend climb and reach
- Valid State Drivers License and access to a vehicle
Pay depending on experience.
