Now Hiring: Property Maintenance Supervisors - Lead with Skill & Keep Properties Running

Location: Champaign
Pay: $25-$29
Schedule: Full-Time

Are you an experienced PropertyMaintenance professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're hiring skilled Property Maintenance Supervisors to lead maintenance teams and ensure residential and commercial properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

If you're a hands-on leader with experience coordinating maintenance operations, troubleshooting building systems, and delivering quality service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
  • Supervise and support maintenance technicians while assigning daily work orders and projects
  • Oversee preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance for residential or commercial properties
  • Coordinate repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building maintenance
  • Troubleshoot building systems and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests
  • Schedule and oversee vendor and contractor work when needed
  • Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local building codes
  • Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and preventative maintenance schedules
  • Support apartment turns, renovations, and capital improvement projects as needed
What You Bring:
  • Previous property maintenance experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs and work order systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
