Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and staff.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects.
- Assist in the upkeep of the property’s exterior, including landscaping and snow removal as needed.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
