Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician
Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday (day shift)

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring that residents live in safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes. You'll work independently across multiple properties, performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety inspections, contributing to a high standard of living for residents.

What You’ll Do
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
  •   Traveling between residential properties to complete maintenance requests
  •   Performing light plumbing repairs, including fixtures, drains, and leak troubleshooting
  •   Troubleshooting and completing basic electrical repairs
  •   Repairing and replacing drywall as needed
  •   Completing minor carpentry work such as doors, trim, and cabinetry
  •   Inspecting units to identify maintenance or safety concerns
  •   Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  •   Previous experience in property maintenance
  •   Knowledge of light plumbing and electrical systems
  •   Experience with drywall repair and basic carpentry
  •   Ability to work independently and manage daily workload
  •   Reliable personal vehicle for travel between properties
  •   Personal tools required for maintenance work
  •   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  •   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
