Team Overview: Team of 3
Resource's typical working day:
Sitting in building, could be giving people in access.
Coding invoices, heavy admin work
Checking on properties
Will have to drive to different properties
30 minutes to the north in reno
30 minutes to the east in sparks
Museum Tower downtown is where they will be sitting- 50% at Museum, 50% downtown, 10% visiting properties (Mileage can be expensed)
Must Have Skills:
Attention to detail
Critical thinking
Open to learning
Draft notices
Nice to have skills:
Excel
Any property management applications, MRI or Yardi
Years of Experience:
2-5 years
Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Software skills:
Excel, MS Office, Adobe
