Seeking a Property Claims Representative (Desk Adjuster) to investigate, evaluate, and resolve property claims from report to settlement in a desk-based role.
Responsibilities include managing claims, reviewing documentation, assessing damages, communicating with policyholders and vendors, and coordinating repairs.
The position offers flexibility for less experienced candidates near Michigan headquarters or remote work within five states for seasoned adjusters.
Core hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, customer service skills, critical thinking, organization, and basic computer proficiency.
Preferred experience in property claims adjusting.
