Job Overview
As an Property Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of a condominium in Fordham Hill, Bronx, ensuring smooth lease administration, resident satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.  
  
This is a full-time, on-site position based out of Bronx location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • - Tenant Support: Respond to tenant questions, complaints, and service requests. 
  • -  Maintenance Coordination: Schedule repairs, inspections, and cleaning services. 
  • - Rent & Payments: Assist with maintenance collection and track payment records. 
  • - Administration: Keep property files, contracts, and compliance documents organized. 
  • - Team Support: Work closely with senior property managers and contractors. 
  • - Property Checks: Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and upkeep. 
  • Attend monthly board meetings as required 
 
Skills & Qualities:
  • - Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with a diverse resident population and stakeholders.
  • - Basic knowledge of property operations and building systems 
  • - Organized and detail-oriented 
  • - Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly 
  • - Willingness to learn and grow into more responsibilities
