Promotions Technician

Las Vegas, NV | Part Time

Summary:

Entravision is seeking a reliable andmotivated Promotions Technician to support station events, livebroadcasts, and promotional activities. This role also provides general officeassistance and plays a key part in representing the station within thecommunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate station vehicles and promotional equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and safe handling of all vehicles, equipment, and promotional tools.
  • Execute on-site promotional activities, including station events and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with live broadcasts and remote activations on a regular basis.
  • Safeguard promotional materials and listener prizes; ensure accurate and appropriate distribution during events and remotes.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, contest rules, and event regulations.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of sound systems and broadcast equipment (training provided).
  • Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled events and assignments.
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong communication, writing, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent driving record and ability to operate company vehicles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Creative, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 40+ pounds.
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience (work, volunteer, or academic) in events, marketing, promotions, customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
Additional Requirements:
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
  • Valid driver's license.


POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORKThis is a Part Time position. Actual schedule and hours may vary.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITYReports directly to promotions manager
