We are currently looking for a Brand Advocate who can bring energy to every interaction while supporting daily sales efforts in a customer-facing environment.
As a Promotions Ambassador, your role will focus on creating strong first impressions, building trust with customers, and representing service in a way that aligns both brand standards and sales objectives. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people and takes pride in delivering a positive experience.
Core Responsibilities as a Promotions Ambassador :
- Represent services in person as a Promotions Ambassador.
- Communicate key features and benefits clearly to support sales performance.
- Build rapport with customers and create a welcoming, professional experience.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Work alongside team members to stay aligned on sales goals.
Requirements as a Promotions Ambassador:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as a Promotions Ambassador.
- A positive, outgoing personality with a customer first mindset
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to stay motivated in a fast paced setting.
- Interest in developing experience in both brand representation and sales as a Promotions Ambassador.
