The Promoter Representative supports live event production by coordinating show details, managing staff, and ensuring artist needs are met on event day.
- Review artist contracts for production, merchandise, and hospitality requirements.
- Hire, train, and schedule event staff including ticket takers and merchandise personnel.
- Oversee backstage area, prepare greenrooms, and provide excellent hospitality service to artists and crew.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with management to improve venue processes and procedures.
- Work with accounting to settle shows and manage sales reporting.
- Handle special projects assigned by management.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 2-4 years of production experience, knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with the music industry.
