Builders at heart, we work to ensure the built environment has a lasting positive impact.Project Systems Support EngineerMortenson's Integrated Services Team seeks a Project Management Controls Engineer to coordinate, assist, train, and continuously improve our project control processes.ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and develop enhancement ideas to continuously improve tools and processesProvide support and training via ad hoc consultations, webinars, written documentation, and on-demand video educationAssist with evaluation, prioritization, selection, testing, piloting, and implementation of Lean innovationsMonitor and evaluate software utilization to optimize efficiencyChallenge status quo to improve operational systems for operational excellenceRecommend new technology and processes to improve team performance and efficiencyTrain new initiatives in implementation and experimentation stagesLead, mentor, and develop team membersBuild relationships across diverse backgrounds and levelsAll other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or equivalent field preferredPreferred 2 years' experience within the construction technology industryExperience executing construction Project Management Control ProcessesExperience in construction industry technology platforms such as Procore, Autodesk, Bluebeam and system administrationUnderstanding of project financial management, contract management, submittal management, contract drawing management, project documentation management, BIM, construction jobsite technology managementFamiliar with Lean principles and techniquesProficient in analysis, prioritization, and implementation of project solution initiativesPositive attitude and professional customer service skillsAbility to work in a cross‑functional, collaborative, team‑based environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills; presentation experience a plusBenefitsMedical and prescription drug plans with no additional cost vision coverageDental plan401(k) retirement plan with generous Mortenson matchPaid time off, holidays, and other paid leavesEmployer paid Life, AD&D, and disability insuranceNo‑cost mental health tool and conciergeTuition reimbursementAdoption assistanceGym Membership Discount ProgramBase SalaryBase pay range: $71,400 – $107,100.
