Job Title: Marketing Coordinator



Location: Newark, NJ



Pay Rate: 30 - $35/hr, W2



Duration: 12+ Month Contract



Summary:

  • Duration: 12 Month Contract
  • Work Mode: Onsite


Responsibilities:

  • Support production processes for a suite of B2B marketing assets, including paid media (banner ads, video, email, sponsored-content features, SEM), collateral (flyers, banners), case studies, website content, etc.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders representing multiple business units, including corporate communications, legal, program staff, etc.
  • Provide strategic marketing viewpoints and direction, participating in plan development and implementation activities.
  • Ad hoc marketing support projects, as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with a professional history of three years in a marketing or related-industry environment. In lieu of a Bachelor’s, 7 years of experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills. Excellent attention to detail; ability to perform rigorous QA/QC on marketing collateral.
  • Demonstrated copyediting capabilities, with a background in upholding company brand and style standards.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with content production systems such as Wrike and monday.com.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience coordinating work items and associated deliverables across multiple internal business units, as well as vendor relations.
  • Sufficient knowledge of energy efficiency and subsequent programmatic offerings/customer value propositions.
