Are you the type of leader who thrives in the field, enjoys solving problems in real time, and takes pride in seeing complex projects come to life?

We are partnering with a rapidly growing organization that specializes in warehouse construction, distribution center upgrades, material handling systems, automation, conveyor installations, robotics integration, and large-scale industrial projects for some of the most recognizable brands in the world.

This is an opportunity to join a company that is transforming the future of logistics and intralogistics while providing you with the autonomy, visibility, and career growth typically unavailable in larger corporate environments.

If you enjoy travel, leadership, and the challenge of bringing projects across the finish line, we'd love to talk with you.

Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams, you'll ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Problem Solve in Real Time
    • Identify and resolve onsite issues quickly and effectively.
    • Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions to leadership teams.
    • Keep projects moving forward while maintaining exceptional client experiences.

What We're Looking For

  • Required Experience
    • Experience supervising construction, industrial, warehouse, distribution center, material handling, or related projects.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct field teams.
