Responsibilities
Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors during assigned projects
Ensure quality standards, work instructions, and safety requirements are followed
Train, coach, and support team members
Communicate project updates clearly and professionally
Assist with project setup, work instructions, and daily workflow
Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity
Support issue resolution and help maintain smooth project operations
Travel locally to manufacturing plants, warehouses, or assigned work locations as needed
