Las Vegas Remodel & Construction is a full-service remodeling company specializing in high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovations throughout the Las Vegas Valley. We are known for delivering quality craftsmanship and a smooth, client-focused experience from concept through completion.

We are looking for an experienced and highly communicative Project Superintendent to lead residential remodeling projects in the field. This position is ideal for a strong leader and problem-solver who can coordinate people, schedules, materials, and client expectations while maintaining exceptional standards for quality and professionalism.

Role Overview

As a Project Superintendent, you will serve as the company's primary field representative and manage assigned remodeling projects from pre-construction through final completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, installers, suppliers, inspections, schedules, documentation, and customer communication to ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final completion
  • Lead pre-construction meetings, final measurements, jobsite walkthroughs, and project closeouts
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the construction process
  • Communicate daily with the Production Manager regarding schedules, progress, priorities, and jobsite challenges
  • Identify project issues early and present practical, timely solutions
  • Coordinate subcontractors, installers, vendors, suppliers, material deliveries, and inspections
  • Maintain accurate project schedules and updates within Buildertrend
  • Monitor project budgets, labor efficiency, material usage, profitability, and overall performance
  • Assist with labor, material, equipment, timeline, and resource planning
  • Conduct quality-control inspections throughout each phase of construction
  • Ensure work meets company standards, manufacturer requirements, project plans, and applicable building codes
  • Coordinate required city and county inspections
  • Maintain safe, clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant jobsites
  • Complete daily logs, weekly reports, quality-control documentation, and closeout packages accurately and on time
  • Assist with customer payment collection and project-related administrative follow-up
  • Promote accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement among field partner

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing residential construction or remodeling projects
  • High-end residential remodeling experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold subcontractors and project partners accountable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects, schedules, and competing priorities
  • Working knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, inspections, and building codes
  • Ability to read plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project documentation
  • Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar construction-management software preferred
  • Strong financial awareness and understanding of project budgets and profitability
  • Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $80,000-$90,000 annually
  • Project Completion Incentive: Estimated annual earning opportunity of $5,000-$7,000 after eligibility requirements are met
  • Quarterly Gross Profit Incentive: Estimated annual earning opportunity of $10,000-$20,000 after eligibility requirements are met
  • Health Benefits: Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums after 90 days
  • Retirement: 401(k) eligibility after one year, with a company contribution currently equal to 3% of eligible compensation
  • Paid Time Off: PTO, vacation, holidays, and leave provided according to company policy

  • Schedule: Full-time, with additional hours, evenings, or weekends occasionally required to meet project commitments
