Job Details

Job Duties
  • Oversee daily field operations from project startup through completion
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and site logistics plans
  • Ensure quality standards are achieved throughout construction
  • Coordinate inspections and maintain compliance with project requirements
  • Identify and resolve field-related issues while maintaining project milestones
  • Work closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and trade partners
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies
  • Mentor and develop field staff

Job Requirements
  • 5-10 years of commercial construction experience
  • OSHA training required
  • Previous experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Experience managing projects valued at $20M+
  • Experience working for a General Contractor or Construction Manager preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, and scheduling software
  • Experience with BIM technologies preferred
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple trades and project stakeholders
