We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead onsite construction operations for complex commercial, healthcare, industrial, and institutional projects. This role is ideal for a hands‑on field leader who excels in planning, subcontractor coordination, and safety execution while delivering high‑quality projects in active or occupied environments.

Description

  • Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through final closeout.
  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, manpower planning, and trade sequencing.
  • Enforce company safety programs, job hazard analyses, and OSHA compliance.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and long‑lead items.
  • Conduct daily huddles, weekly coordination meetings, and look‑ahead planning sessions.
  • Maintain jobsite documentation including daily reports, safety logs, quality checklists, and photos.
  • Oversee quality control, punch‑list execution, and turnover activities.
  • Serve as the primary onsite representative for owners, inspectors, and design professionals.
  • Partner closely with the Project Manager to address schedule impacts, scope changes, and risk mitigation.

Profile

  • 6-12+ years of superintendent experience on commercial or institutional construction projects.
  • Strong background in healthcare, education, industrial, hospitality, or corporate projects.
  • Experience working in occupied or operational environments preferred.
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and site logistics.
  • Proven leadership ability with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A safety‑first mindset with a history of clean, well‑run jobsites.
  • Ability to support multiple projects or travel regionally as project needs dictate.

Job Offer

  • Base Salary: $105,000 - $135,000
  • Total Compensation (with bonus): $120,000 - $155,000
  • Annual Bonus: 10-20% (performance‑based)
  • Vehicle / Allowance: $700 - $1,100 per month
