Project Specialist-Senior

Job Description:

• Review, revise, and provide legal risk assessments for daily contracts and agreements, including but not limited to procurement, sales, technology, service, cooperation agreements, and NDAs.
• Support the company's compliance management activities, including compliance reviews, assessments, and follow-up on the implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist in trade compliance matters, including import/export compliance, sanctions compliance, and export control compliance (where applicable), supporting global and cross-border business operations.
• Support data compliance and information protection matters, including personal data protection, data security, and cross-border data transfer compliance.
• Participate in legal and compliance awareness training activities, including preparation of training materials and support for compliance communications.
• Assist in implementing confidentiality and data classification requirements, ensuring proper handling of contracts, business documents, and personal data.
• Support legal and compliance-related document, contract, and record management, ensuring proper filing, retention, and compliance with internal and legal requirements.
• Provide legal and compliance support in a global business context, with the ability to understand global business models, processes, and governance requirements.
• Act as one of the communication points between the China organization and global legal teams, participating in cross-regional and cross-cultural legal collaboration.
• Assist in coordinating with external legal counsel and internal global legal teams on legal and compliance matters.
• Perform other legal and compliance-related tasks as assigned.
