Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to interface with numerous Customer relationships and Industry partnerships in support of connecting beyond the College and driving customized training solutions and student completions.
This role centers on maintaining trusted client relationships and managing the full coordination process to ensure every training project is delivered efficiently and with excellence. Apply project management strategies and critical thinking skills to meet the demands of partners. Prepare training proposals, training agreements and presentations. Perform market research and gather information to support and forecast new and existing business.
Leverage technology to organize all files and important documents related to training projects and events. Maintain the highest level of integrity and commitment to the external and internal customers or stakeholders. Represent the College by attending community and industry events.
Additional duties may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree AND two (2) years in process manufacturing, energy, construction or industrial sectors that provide industry-related experience.
High School diploma or GED equivalencyAND four (4) years in process manufacturing, energy, construction or industrial sectors that provide industry-related experience.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Proficient in virtual meeting technology (MS-Teams), SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat.
Work requires advanced skills and knowledge in client relationship management and project management skills.
Strong communication skills, business writing, and critical thinking skills are necessary to deliver role responsibilities.
Ability to work independently and see projects to completion.
Ability to work in collaborative teams within the department, across and beyond the College.
Preferred Qualifications
Workforce training and talent development experience.
