Construction Project SchedulerThe Construction Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for construction projects. This role ensures that projects are completed on time by coordinating timelines, tracking progress, identifying potential delays, and working closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling softwareCreate baseline schedules that outline scope, activities, milestones, and deliverablesMonitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performanceAnalyze schedule impacts and identify potential risks or delaysCollaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure alignment on timelinesConduct schedule reviews and progress meetings with internal teams and external stakeholdersPrepare reports, dashboards, and visual timelines for leadership and clientsPerform critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on trackSupport resource planning and allocation based on scheduling needsEnsure compliance with contractual scheduling requirements and company standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
