As a Permanent Project Sales Representative in the HVAC sector of the construction industry, you will be at the forefront of our organization, driving sales, and ensuring the growth and success of our business. This role involves managing and expanding our client base within a specified territory, generating leads, and converting them into sales. You will be responsible for selling our HVAC systems and solutions to a diverse range of clients in the construction industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales and HVAC expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales within a specified territory, identifying new opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Generate leads through various methods, including prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct direct sales presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of our HVAC systems and solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking sales activities and revenue achievements.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in territory sales, direct sales, lead generation, prospecting, and outside sales, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client base.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems and the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and industry events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
