Executive Summary
The Quality Manager for PRS System P & Propulsion System is responsible for defining and executing the quality strategy throughout the propulsion system development lifecycle. This role ensures alignment with quality standards, effective issue management, and achievement of equality objectives through close coordination with all stakeholders and a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead quality convergence by applying established quality processes from the preliminary phase through the Mass Production lifecycle. • Oversee the definition of plans to achieve quality objectives for the propulsion system development project, including the development and management of quality targets, forecasts, customer surveys, and risks. • Document the outcomes of the design process by preparing the propulsion system design assessment and the quality sections of milestone documents evaluating customer impact in the event of deviations. • Ensure compliance and manage deviations IAA.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related degree • Minimum of 1 year of industry experience • Confident in engaging with senior management and making decisions under pressure • Proven conflict resolution skills and ability to implement creative ideas effectively • Outstanding interpersonal presentation and communication skills • Creates inclusive motivating team environments and manages diverse groups equitably • Customer-focused, proactive, and resilient in dynamic or ambiguous situations
