Requirements: Project/Program Manager - Non-IT Sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in project or program management, demonstrating a strong foundational understanding and enthusiasm for growth.
- Engineering Project Management
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and programs effectively.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage complex portfolios and adapt to organizational changes.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations relevant to the program scope.
