Assignment Length: Approximately 6-Months, possibly longer.

DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Project/Product Manager to lead HR-focused projects within our HR Project Management Office. This role will manage mid-to-large projects, drive change management initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic HR outcomes. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, is comfortable navigating hybrid project environments, and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple HR projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop business plans, objectives, and project strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead project governance, change control, and approval processes.
  • Partner with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and resolve project risks.
  • Implement change management strategies and develop communications to engage employees and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress using dashboards, reporting tools, and metrics to demonstrate ROI and value delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure contract compliance and project schedule adherence.
  • Apply both traditional Waterfall and Agile/Scrum practices in a hybrid delivery environment.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5–7 years of progressive project management experience, including hybrid project delivery.
  • Proven experience managing projects with HR, procurement, vendor contracting, and third-party components.
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, change control, and formal approval processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across organizational levels.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience leading HR-focused initiatives, including benefits, employee engagement, and organizational change projects.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership.
